1. Return Conditions

• A return request may be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, exactly as received, unworn, unused, undamaged and unaltered.

• All original tags and labels must remain attached to the item.

• Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had their original tags removed.

2. Damaged Items or Manufacturing Defects

At ALYAZILINA, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality across all our creations.
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, the item will either be replaced or a refund will be issued, as appropriate.

3. Orders Paid Through Tabby or Tamara

If your order was paid through Tabby or Tamara using a “Pay Later” or instalment payment option:

• Any refund will be processed through the relevant Tabby or Tamara payment system and cannot be issued in cash or by direct bank transfer.

• Once the return has been approved by ALYAZILINA, we will notify the relevant payment provider to process the cancellation of instalments or the applicable refund.

• In the case of a partial return, the remaining payment amount will be adjusted according to the value of the items retained.

• All approved refunds will be returned to the customer through the relevant payment provider, Tabby or Tamara
